I absolutely Love living here!!! Moved in Feb ‘24. All my neighbors are friendly, kind, wave when they drive by, and we help each other out. (Storms, power outages, ride into town, help with each other’s yards). The Seattle freeze doesn’t exist here. The manager, Sarah, is always making sure all of us are taken care of! She’s pro-active in taking care of things before they become issues… ex: speeders, or trimming back trees before a big wind storm. When something arises, she follows through to get it resolved. I have loved living here. Sarah, the property manager, is SPECTACULAR, and the community feels safe and welcoming 😊 Couldn’t have asked for a better place to live.
Sarah is an absolute amazing professional young lady! I felt like she had an answer for everything I was concerned about when I called in about the Diamond Valley park. Relocating is scary, but Sarah explained everything clearly and made me feel so confidant and comfortable. I'll be applying as soon as my home sells! Thank you again for being kind and patient Sarah! So far my experience has been good, place seems mostly quiet. Management is constantly finding ways to make improvements. Although this place needs a playground or play ball area for families.
