Terrible experience with Malva. I was booked with her and when I arrived on time for my appointment, I saw her curling her hair. She told me to wait until she was finished, and I ended up waiting past my scheduled appointment time. Doing personal grooming while a client is waiting for their appointment is very unprofessional. Clients should be given the time and attention they booked for!

Very happy I saw Chloe for a cut and highlight! Salon was recommended to me and after much research I am certainly a loyal client now. I was especially pleased with the thorough consultation Chloe did to ensure she heard me and my goals were realistic. Her attention to details, knowledge, and communication is exemplary.

It was my first time at Collective Beauty today. Jordana did such an amazing job on my hair! I absolutely love how it turned out. She was so professional, precise, and incredibly fast. Her hands are so quick that I honestly didn’t even realize how fast the time went by! It’s not easy to find someone who truly loves what they do and is also so talented at it. Chloe is amazing! From the second you walk into Collective Beauty you are greeted and welcomed with warmth. It's a beautiful space and everyone is very friendly. Chloe treats her clients with grace, she's very informative about the process and conversation is easy with her. I get compliments all the time on my hair from Chloe's work and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend!!
