All of the office staff were great to work with and I have enjoyed my apartment in 55 and older complex. Thank You all for making my move in as easy as possible. They were willing to work with me moving in from Idaho, the online application was easy! I appreciate the speedy responses to any maintenance needs! I have been here now five months and enjoy my apartment and some of the activities provided, fun!
A great for any length of time. Collective purchased a building I was living in and within the first months were investing in building/complex improvements.
I was not able to use my garage for entire winter and I called and informed management multiple times , and they didn’t fixed it entire winter then they told me they are giving 250 dollar credit bec they didn’t fix the issue. What a joke right ? Stay away from this property management company and especially manager Brenden. I went to to office and specifically wanted to talk to him and they told me he is not here and they will let him know so he call me. Guess what no one called.
