A great for any length of time. Collective purchased a building I was living in and within the first months were investing in building/complex improvements.
I was not able to use my garage for entire winter and I called and informed management multiple times , and they didn’t fixed it entire winter then they told me they are giving 250 dollar credit bec they didn’t fix the issue. What a joke right ? Stay away from this property management company and especially manager Brenden. I went to to office and specifically wanted to talk to him and they told me he is not here and they will let him know so he call me. Guess what no one called. I have just moved into Whispering Creek Circle from Boise, ID. All of the office staff were great to work with and I have enjoyed my apartment in 55 and older complex. Thank You all for making my move in as easy as possible.
I am very happy living @ Dakota Park, as Collective has been so prompt on taking care of maintenance issues. Plus, keeping us updated immediately re:any info that we need to be aware of. The office is very helpful & friendly (Sydney & Kodi) to the residents, letting us know if we have any questions to stop in @ the office. They also offered residents a $250 Visa card over the Holidays, if we renewed our lease, which was so appreciated.
