The worst portal - too difficult to get in and no reception. Way to make things worse with people who don’t feel good.
Showed up for my appointment and waited an hour before leaving because no one would help me. There were no clear instructions on what to do once I arrived. Not a good place to go if you're expecting someone to care for your needs. A simple covid test shouldn't be this difficult.
Great staff. Quick results.
Arrived at 10am and had an appt at 10:15 this morning. Waited until 10:30 am and no one showed up. Sign said “closed” and “be right back- bathroom break”.
Do not go here ! Went this morning for my antigen test and the lady barely swabs my nose and tells me it’s negative. Went to urgent care right after and payed 200$ for them to tell me I’m positive. They are part of the problem !!
