I made this appointment on October 28th. I received an email reminder for my appointment today, November 12th. However, upon arrival to the address, I was met with an empty parking lot. It appears that this testing site is closed! And now I get a survey about my nonexistent experience? Talk about the worst possible administration and system! Jenn that works there is extremely RUDE 15mins to 7pm I bagged her to please test my mom (80 years old)we all have our vaccine but my mom is not feeling good, she said I told you we are leaving in 10 mins (website clearly said 8pm) go on line and book an appointment..
Shauna was the best… she was polite, efficient and fun! Best one on the team. Also mentioned she was helping off the clock because so busy. She turned a not so great experience around into a great one! Hope they give her a raise!
