I telephoned them, they have test sites in different areas, there isn't one there in San Marcos but at the Carlsbad outlet center in the parking lot near the Starbucks. I haven't driven there and they said they do take some insurance but didnt know off hand which one, so this basically is an out of pocket. I gave it 2 stars because the person on the phone was very nice.
