consumer being harrassed by this company. While I was in the hospital following an auto accid, in critical condition, my son wrote a check for his vehicle payment, forged on my acct. As if this were not unpleasant enough, Check Solutions began pursuing me, as I had stopped payment on the check. Clearly, this was not my debt & clearly they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
