I would not recommend living in ANY of the Collection's properties. I've been dealing with an HVAC issue for over a week. Despite repeated requests, the management and maintenance teams has refused to offer any real solution. My apartment has stayed in the 80+ degree range consistently during the heat dome, making it unlivable. Maintenance claims the system is “working fine,” but that doesn't explain why the inside temperature remains so high. Maintenence has been on point and management is very responsive and professional
We moved in during July of 2024 and it was HORRIBLE. our apartment was gross, the AC didn't work, the management was useless and we almost left. BUT THEN they got new management who are INCREDIBLE. All of a sudden every request we have had has been met and our expectations have been exceeded. Our AC is still broken, but today we have an independent contractor come look at it! They are old charming buildings which need lots of upkeep because they are so old, but the new maintenance staff members are kind and respectful to you... read more
This is been an incredible experience! My boyfriend and I moved in in March and in a short few weeks the staff have been nothing short of incredible! Between maintenance needs being met promptly however the amazing communication.. it’s been amazing thus far. Couldn’t ask for a better team! Grateful for the historic Richmond and the location is the cherry on top! Definitely will be re-leasing with them!
