I would have to agree with previous reviewers with saying I never thought I would be writing such a positive review for a collection agency of all places! I have been financially struggling lately and without hesitation, collection bureau services helped me and pushed my payment out, so I didn’t go negative in my account and I could give my family the Christmas they deserved and was able to help other families in need this holiday. Thank you collection bureau services, you guys are amazing!
What a joke. If you list a debt they take over half then dont even deliver.
Gotta say...I never thought I would be writing a positive review for a collection agency. However Tesla over at Collection Bureau Services did "right a wrong" done to me. In my situation, my banking institution did not properly remove a joint owner from one of my accounts but instead noted that they be removed. it was that joint owner that the collection bureau was going after for funds. through the collective efforts of my banking institution and Tesla, I was able to get my money back that was in fact mine, and not the prev... read more
Tyler in the Missoula office has been extremely helpful to me over the past few days. An error needed to be corrected and she took my call happily every time I phoned, and did everything in her power to help me fix the problem. 10/10 she’s awesome
