Awesome vets
Have had my cat in boarding with them for a few months and have not had a pleasant experience. Emails go unanswered and theres really inconsistent communication. Was told the wrong account balance for months. Was also shocked that their senior nurse felt she could ask me if I was rehoming my cat and replied saying “well most people in your situation would” despite them having a cat that has been in there for years but they would not say similar to the customers due to them being older. Absolutely so pleased with the whole team. My rabbit was unwell, they had the right products I needed and were able to suggest extra products for me to try and treat him at home, unfortunately he hadnt improved by the next day, and they had me back within 10 minutes of calling (if you know rabbits you know how quick they deteriorate so this was beyond appreciated) when I got there, there was no consult rooms available understandably due to regular appointments so the vet came out to see my boy in the waiting room, to make su... read more
