My wife and I had an absolutely divine night out at Collage. She had the surf and turf, I had the catch of the day. Her lobster tail was cooked perfectly and had an amazing Hollandaise sauce and the steak was a tender and salt kisses medium rare. Served with a borderlais over mushroom risotto and with broccolini. A True Hidden Gem in St. Augustine The Collage exceeded all our expectations. We’ve visited St. Augustine many times, but this was our first time discovering this incredible restaurant, and what a find!
