Having no lack of fine dining experiences, Collage was fantastic in every aspect. How intimate dining should be. Warm, fluffy baked bread served with fresh roasted garlic, inviting atmosphere, perfected menu options and attentive service. Lot of money!! Good time and good food. Did I say lots of money!!!
We just had the most delicious and romantic dinner. Franco delivered a great experience for us. The ceasar was spot on and perfect, the carpaccio was perfect, my husband’s rack of lamb was delicious and my dairy allergy did not induce a hiccup as I had beef tenderloin that was probably the best Ive ever had. Thank you, Franco and every one who made our evening perfect.
