Actual horrible doctors office. I don’t even have a doctor. I have a nurse practitioner, which would be perfectly fine if she would ever actually keep her appointments. I have had my last 3 canceled on me, and my mom has had her last 2 canceled. absolutely ridiculous with the state of the healthcare system, i’ve had to turn to waiting hours at walk in clinics and going to emerg for non urgent issues because i just don’t know what else to do. Don’t know how this is okay. once would be understandable, but 5 times? come on.

I have no idea what happened in the last year but the service level of this clinic has completely gone down the drain. Both doctors I have dealt with are nothing short of amazing (I cannot praise them enough) but the reception staff shows an incredible lack of empathy if you can even reach them. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. Half the time the prescriptions don't reach the pharmacy and then you have to follow up but you cant because nobody ever picks up the phone. Appointment wait time is 4-6 weeks. Receptionist refuses to give a messages to health care provider even for a simple prescription it requires an appointment! When asked to speak to a manager was told she don’t take calls from patients! It’s no wonder our healthcare is in crisis! The people managing it don’t want to deal with you!! Those clinics were set up to keep patients out of Emergency, that is obviously not working as we have a 6% increase in emergency visits this year!

Not really sure why NP's are taking patients that they knowingly can't help.. waiting over 2 weeks now for someone to figure out what to change my medications too.. never in my life have I heard of such nonsense
