They give out drug Paraphernalia on site. They enable drug users by giving out crack pipes and needles. I do not support this.
You can only come by appointment. You have to book your appointment in person at 8 am (same day only) by waiting in line before the staff gets there. They give out appointments based on who shows up first, and they only take 30 people a day. You can stay in lobby or leave to come back for your appointment time. If you don't do that, they won't see you.
