I called yesterday spoke to a lady and giving every number serial # and more, she had told me man would call to set up Maintenace plan to get my Generac serviced, I contacted Victor he sounded like he would be helpful but the lady i talked to yesterday had everything she needed but couldn't find any of my information i gave her and since i am at work it was a disaster both women i talked to were very, very rude and i told Victor i would go somewhere else, he said oh good luck.
