Collaborative Services came for my annual maintenance service and thoroughly serviced my Generac generator. The service technician, Craig, was incredible, very professional and answered my questions with much knowledge. He made me feel confident that I’m good to go if I need the generator.
Collaborative Services team is awesome- from the office to my technician that services my generator. Craig showed up exactly when he said he would, serviced everything, and explained how to be prepared for the next power outage. I am glad we have this company local to New Waverly.
Craig came today to do yearly maintenance on my generator. He was on time, friendly, and super informative. He even helped (my technology challenged self) sync my phone with the generator and understand it! Thank you !!!! I will be calling again next year....
