It is a great honor to be a part of Collaborative Practice San Diego. Not only is the group a terrific resource for the community, but it is composed of compassionate, receptive, and highly knowledgeable divorce professionals who want only the very best for their clients.
Collaborative process provides couples with the tools to make informed sound decisions. The collaboratively trained professional team are experienced professionals who aim to give couples a healthy supportive process. It's been a pleasure to work with other collaborative team members and a pleasure to work with couples who bring their best selves to the table.
This is a very high quality group of professionals across multiple disciplines (financial, legal, and mental health). I have seen this process work in an incredibly supportive way to help families work through trust and estates disputes and divorce processes outside of court! Because who really wants to be in court?! I recommend this process for families who want to preserve their family relationships and don't want to sue each other!
Divorce is so difficult and the professionals within this group are caring, intelligent and always consider the needs of the family. Collaborative is the most family centered way to transition and care for the people who matter.
