If there were 10 stars I’d give Collaborative Natural Health Partners all of them. I’ve been to all of their locations at one time or another and have had exemplary care. They care about the whole person, are experts in their fields, and are a breath of fresh air in the increasingly mechanized and profit-driven health care world.
I filled out their long form online for new patient as you cannot call to make an appointment. I received the email shortly after saying the form was received and someone will contact me in a few days for an appointment. That was almost 3 weeks ago. I have not heard anything from them. They have all of my person information. I had to go elsewhere for care and a new PCP.
Had my first appointment with Dr. Brooks. Took the time to listen. Looking forward to my next appointment. Janine at the front desk was awesome. Thank you to the whole staff.
Dr. Fortin is absolutely wonderful, and I’m so grateful to have finally found someone who can help me heal my gut. And Janine is a total rockstar on the phones, she communicates great, and she’s kind, upbeat, and full of life. Everyone else I’ve spoken to in other departments sounds like they’ve taken a sleeping pill, but Janine really stands out. She’s truly an asset to the office.
