Dr. Fortin is absolutely wonderful, and I’m so grateful to have finally found someone who can help me heal my gut. And Janine is a total rockstar on the phones, she communicates great, and she’s kind, upbeat, and full of life. Everyone else I’ve spoken to in other departments sounds like they’ve taken a sleeping pill, but Janine really stands out. She’s truly an asset to the office.
Janine at the front desk was absolutely lovely and made me feel very welcomed. Dr Deakins is amazing. After almost over a year of Dealing with doctors and racking up medical debt, I finally felt heard. He was super thorough, Make sure I understood everything he was telling me, And made sure that I was comfortable with a plan moving forward. I have never met a doctor so caring, That takes the time to explain even the tiniest details to his patients. I am so thankful I found this office
Shannon was so lovely and caring, I appreciate her for being a kind person as one of the staff here. Dr. Megan Fortin is such a great doctor, she has so much knowledge about healing your gut. She will explain and educate you about the process of the treatment plan. She is a great communicator and a lovely Doctor, I would 100% recommend them.
Everything was great until it wasn’t. I have been a patient at this facility for 6 months, since October 2024. I was being seen by Dr.Deakins for adjustments and vitamin suggestions. All was going well until my appointment on 4/23/25. It was my first time attending an appointment at the Glastonbury office which is confusing if you’ve never been. What a wonderful experience so far. You walk in and feel the warm ambience of the office and are greeted by the sweetest office worker Jeanine. What a rare experience in a doctors office! And my first visit with Dr. Fioritto was wonderful. She is so knowledgeable about so many areas of health and she takes her time to get to know you as a whole person not just another client. I definitely felt the difference in care there from other practices I’ve gone to and I would highly recommend this practice.
