I was very disappointed that Dr Luke had no choice to resign after much stress of not wanting to charge his patients who usually suffered Mental Health problems & addiction. He had empathy for these people including myself? He provided a service so much needed today without the stigma that Addiction falsely portrays
Good staff and good atmosphere
After my wonderful experience with Dr. Neli, I visited Joondanna Medical Centre again today, and saw Dr. Tim since Dr. Neli wasn’t available. Dr. Tim is incredible, he is patient, understanding, and made sure I was well taken care of. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism from both doctors. Also, a special mention to the receptionists, who are such wonderful and kind women. Their warmth and efficiency make the experience even better. Highly recommend this clinic.
Had the most incredible experience with Doctor Tim, and this amazing nurse who did my vaccines. Instead of being dismissive of my fear of needles, Dr Tim and the incredible nurse showed me understanding and patience accomodating to my wants for my vaccines. Seriously cannot recommend these two enough, they turned a terrifying experience into an easy and funny experience.
