I was very disappointed that Dr Luke had no choice to resign after much stress of not wanting to charge his patients who usually suffered Mental Health problems & addiction. He had empathy for these people including myself? He provided a service so much needed today without the stigma that Addiction falsely portrays
Good staff and good atmosphere
After my wonderful experience with Dr. Neli, I visited Joondanna Medical Centre again today, and saw Dr. Tim since Dr. Neli wasn’t available. Dr. Tim is incredible, he is patient, understanding, and made sure I was well taken care of. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism from both doctors. Also, a special mention to the receptionists, who are such wonderful and kind women. Their warmth and efficiency make the experience even better. Highly recommend this clinic.
