We went to Citizen after buying some property in need of a house design from scratch to fit the land. The process was incredibly smooth. Not only did they really listen but also used their expertise to enhance & ultimately create the home of our dreams. Can't say enough good things about their entire staff there, highly recommend!

We tasked Collaborative-Citizen Design--based out of Seattle-- to design and assist with the construction of our dream mountain house in Colorado. They came through with a stunning design and delivered the perfect home despite the fact that we built during the heart of the pandemic. They met or exceeded our expectations at every step. Isaac is a brilliant architect. I cannot be happier with this company.
