Insane pricing for sessions and crisis calls. They also use Google forms to store payment methods which is very insecure. Pretty sure the 1 star review got changed only because it would hurt Collaborative Care's image. Update: was contacted by Collaborative Care inquiring only my review, not my previous grievances I emailed beforehand (before I put up this review). Saw it built from the bottom up. It’s a knowledgeable great set of therapist.
This place, especially megan, has had such a great impact on my recovery. She listened to everything I said and could relate to almost anything. 100% 5 star treatment
Update: Arielle, the founder and owner (and my former therapist) recently reached out to me and acknowledged that the termination of my therapy was another trauma for me and that we could have discontinued our sessions in a more productive way.
