Very down to Earth, efficient and approachable staff. Referral from GP and off I went!
Had my referral for over a month and didn't consider contacting me to let me know they had it and couldn't fit me in. I followed them up multiple times for them to tell me "we're not taking on any new clients and there is no waiting list" - Appreciate if you're books are closed, but the least they could have done was let me know so I could have gone back to my GP to get a new referral, especially when people need mental health support asap.
