I was disappointed with my experience working with Emily Carroll, particularly regarding billing practices. During our time working together, I was charged an additional $240 to correct an error that was hers, not mine. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I don’t believe it’s fair for a client to be billed for the time spent fixing those mistakes.
