Now I see the reviews. Completely unsatisfied with the work they did. They rushed the job. And saying they won’t refund me. I don’t feel comfortable taking anything back to them. They are rude. And should have done it right the first time.
Incompetent and dodgy customer service! Honda owners, save yourself weeks of time and lots of money; take your vehicle to an independant auto repair shop.
I recently contacted the collision department to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Unfortunately, the representative who answered my call was not particularly helpful or courteous. Despite my attempts to explain what my insurance told me or if it was necessary I could pay out of pocket, she abruptly ended the call, leaving me feeling frustrated and upset.
