We moved here in late 2010. I cannot get out of here soon enough. The pool is never open and the other hasn t been in 3 years. the playgrounds are broken and have open nails sticking through the boards. There is trash and doggie droppings everywhere! The apartments here have black mold. They refuse to fix it. We have it in our bathroom and all around the windows. The windows fall off their tracks and anyone could break in to your apartment at any time. they know the windows are older than Jesus but they will not replace them... read more

BEWARE! they wont let you see the actual apartment you will be living in! but you can IF you pay a non-refundable \$30 application fee.. gimme a break!
Great location, annoying neighbors. The rates are low, everything is close by, but you can hear your neighbors. Also little brats run all over.
