I had a bad experience with this Service Department They where not honest about the things that I had concerns about. they where more focused on parts on my car that where not "OEM" and recommended it be changed to a OEM part. The transmission issue was never addressed or brought up. all they told me was it was because of the Mass Air flow sensor not being OEM. missing the fact my transmission fluid was low an was causing the hard shifts. but charged me $800 for something my car did not need. how do you charge for a Diagnost... read more
I came in for an oil change and found out my engine wiring had rodent damage and needed to be replaced, which unexpectedly took close to 2 weeks to repair. Unfortunately I was leaving the country for a month before my car was repaired but Jonas Woodson and the team did a great job of walking me through the insurance approval and repair process, and also storing my vehicle upon my return. Very inefficient. Waited for so long.
Very helpful. They did not charge me for some coaching and adjustment of my dashboard controls. Parts department also was very helpful
