Also known as just Colin’s Mechanical. Had Noah in our building a year or so ago. He was great. Repaired the tap. Very friendly, trustworthy and efficient. A nice break from some of the guys who work for this company. Unfortunately had a couple in the past who reeked of marijuana. When I walked into my suite while they were inside doing repairs there was an overwhelming odour of marijuana. They were NOT smoking in my suite but their clothing smelled horrendously of it. From customer service, attentiveness, speedy repair and skill of the repair person, Colin’s Mechanical and Toby was the guy & fantastic. He was such a polite, low key kinda guy who is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for the great service for my annual furnace maintenance. You also installed my air conditioner a few years ago and the experience was as great. Thanks for always being honest and trustworthy.
Unfortunately our condo must use this company if we need any work done. Never satisfied, their customer service and charges are atrocious. Multiple people in my building have had issues with them. It’s time to change our contract and find a different company.
