Super bad bad bad !!! Don’t go there people are rude and un professional, they don’t even know the process of buying a home, they do everything upside down. I have never had any problems or issues with a builder. But COLINA HOMES is awful. Nooooo Noo in so many ways
30 seconds to swipe my wife’s card for earnest money and allegedly 30 days to process the refund in which the office assistant never emailed my wife the DocuSign. Very poor organization salesperson will rush you and tell 1st person with earnest money gets the house. Your contract will say $0 to close but Colina Lender will say $10,000 to close. Your not worthy and no we won’t work with you we don’t have the time
All I can say is NO don't do business with this company. They found a way to re-nig my realtor commission away. Loan Officer quit but I was never informed. The ext loan officer never kept her word... Loan was canceled I was never informed. They kept my earnest money bc they couldn't lie about a legit reason to give the bank so they didn't respond!!! Their mortgage company "Colina Mortgage " is very unorganized. Pre approved in early April but they didn't start building until mid to late July still without pulling credit agai... read more
