Multiple roof leaks starting from the first storm after I closed. they never fixed them adequately (or most of the other repairs). Now I'm looking at $2,000 roof repair. My house is 2 years old. Avoid this builder like the plague
Recently move in and Pedro Jasso’s been so helpful, providing the guidance needed in my new house promptly and on timely manner. I highly recommend him and greatly appreciated your have him around.
Mr Pedro Jasso(builder) is great. Everytime I have had a question or concerns he is quick to send someone or come by himself to fix it.
Colina Homes is a builder I feel you get the best bang for your buck in the middle market. You get a nice home but doesn't come with the high end finishes. But this is an easy fix to customize things. From the sales perspective, my process was all over the place. The sales people kept changing so I had to stay on top of them and the process. Colina Homes is not trustworthy. They used low-quality contractors who use super cheap materials in their work. Things fall apart soon after moving it.
