Follow-up review: I purchased my home in Dec 2019 and I am disappointed that I have a major repair for electrical work already (Jan 2023)! All three light stitches have to be replaced (@$740.00 cost)!! Additionally, tile work in bathrooms are cracking!! Buyer beware!! I have I bought from Colina Homes and had a great experience! I bought from Colina Homes and had a great experience! The rooms are not small like many other builders I viewed with. The professionals and staff are awesome to work with, making sure all my needs were met and concerns immediately addressed. The community is very friendly, quiet, clean, and safe! I definitely feel like I got a lot more for my money compared to all other the other builders I visited that charge outrageous amounts of money for very little.
Audrey was a pleasure to work with. Very personable and helpful. She went out of her way to help me and and my clients. She was very detailed in showing my clients everything that Colina Homes had to offer, gave us a tour of all the homes that fit my clients needs and even gave them a tour of all the color samples. I look forward to working with her again. Colina Homes has a gem in her. Waiting for Section 3 to open!!!! Colina Homes ROCKS!!!
Buying my Colina home was a great experience. Audrey is very responsive and professional. She gets things done quickly and always made sure I had what I needed. Since closing on my home, I’ve had a few questions and she is just as helpful now as she was prior to closing. I love the neighborhood and the home!
