Just closed on my new home with Colina Homes, the experiance was smoother than I thought it would be. I work out of state and throught the whole build process I was a bit nervous not being able to stop by and get a look through the construction phases. But Shawn and Shannon, the builder and sale rep, both kept sending constant updates. Just went through my walkthrough with Mr. Shawn Reif, he went above and beyond on answering my questions and made my requests happen in that moment. These guys here can build a quality home without a doubt, Mrs. Shannon was also a delight to work with and also answered every question and made it happen fast and smoothly. I work hard to make sure everything I own is high quality and long lasting and this team here made that happen.
