Absolutle nightmare. Builder (Colina Homes) continues to claim condensation and mold issues cannot exist if A/C T-Stat is kept at 75°F. There is black mold growing in closets in the home and condensation on the A/C vents causing wet sheetrock around vents. Colina Homes claims nothing is wrong and these things cannot happen if the T-Stat is kept at 75°F. The T-Stat has been kept at 75°F even though this makes it very uncomfortable in the home.
