I typically do not leave reviews, but my experience with Colina Homes has been extremely disappointing and I feel it is important to share. My home is over 1,800 square feet, yet Colina Homes installed only a 2.5-ton air conditioning unit. I have had two independent HVAC companies, as well as a licensed home inspector, assess the situation and all three confirmed the same thing: the unit is undersized and cannot adequately cool or dehumidify the home.
