I had to change my review after my second visit with Dr. Watts. He was very easy to talk with & he understood my concerns. He did all the right things, helped me feel calm, and took time to ensure all my questions were answered! I will stress again that he has the absolute best staff!!! A special shout out to Grace, the lady who does the referrals... she's amazing and gets them done the day you ask for it! GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE!!
My first visit I had a sinking feeling this guy wasn't "all there"! I had stressed the importance of one of my medications which I couldn't run out of. I called to get it refilled TWICE in the same day, desperate for this medication, only to have him NEVER CALL IT IN! The staff is great, but I can't afford to put my health in this guy's hands! Time to find another doctor in this lousy state!
Dr. Colin Watts does not take his patients health seriously. We asked for two specialist referrals for my mother and still have not received it from November. I've even called their corporate number. To be clear, we have to get a referral from her primary care provider before seeing the specialist. He also does not follow up after phone calls and the office often doesn't answer the phone.
It's the most compassionate Dr.
