They were a God Send! I can’t say enough positive things about them; from the lovely lady who answered my first desperate phone call to the workers at my home straight to the actual owner himself! Initially I had called another supposedly ‘ highly rated’ plumbing company’ and was quoted a very high estimate for a new water heater and pipe repair. AJ was courteous and efficient . Arrived promptly and was done quickly and neatly.
We had a leaky valve shut-off in the basement. AJ arrived right on time (even early) and assessed it and repaired it in about 20-30 minutes. He also discovered another leak leading to our humidifier and fixed it on the spot. AJ was very courteous, addressed my questions and was very professional.
