Estate docs setup through legal insurance. I didn’t know any attorneys in the area, so choose Colin based solely on online reviews. Was very happy with my experience and the service he provided. Colin had prompt communication, explained everything thoroughly, and was easy going. I haven’t died yet, so cannot attest to the performance of the documents. I was ilprepared and did not have a lot of the questions that were emailed to me answered. I got a wave of his hand, he pointed to a chair for me to sit while I answered his questions, the made another apointment, early in March. All in all, two thumbs up 👍👍
Colin Smith drafted my living trust and handled all of the associated filing and document preparation. At our consultation, Colin informed me what I needed to do with bank accounts, etc. and gave me easy to understand written instructions as well. The whole process was completed without any issues. I have referred many people to Colin and every referral has been very pleased.
