cole and his team were quick to respond and diagnose the issue with our 20-year-old furnace. unfortunately, because of the age of our system, the needed part had to be shipped in, which took a few days. though the cost of the air handler motor and the initial service call came to over $1400, we felt the investment was worth it considering the quick and efficient repair, which took less than 30 minutes. now our furnace is operating normally again in our beaumont home, and we couldn't be more pleased.
