I rang Colin in a panic as my hot water tank was leaking and I had been messed about by another plumber who made the situation worse. Colin was brilliant, he called in the evening to check what needed done, reassured me he could change the tank even tho it’s very awkward to get at and sort the other issues, he arranged a day to suit and turned up he said he would, nothing was as issue!
