I went to McWhirter to get an uncontested divorce he said he would handle everything for me. Needless to say I went to get divorce papers this year from the courthouse and nothing has been filed. I have went by his office a few times. They took my number but has not called me about this issue. Now I will have to pay another fee at a different attorneys office to get this my divorce.
Went above and beyond , as an appointed then as a hired atty, now seems more like a family friend bc of the care and attention you provided us in our time of need will always use and recommend him.
He’s a scam artist. The number at the top of his site is not his phone number. I know that because it is my wife’s number. If you have any legal issues in Shelby or the surrounding areas I would run to another attorney as fast as humanly possible. He doesn’t deserve your business.
