Very misleading, uninformative, and unable to recognize family distress at end of life and hospice was never mentioned to my Father. He saw my Father Thursday and recommended possibly doing more Chemo for treatment and my Father passed 6 days after that appointment. The Dr's statement to the ER Dr was that he has lost sight of the big picture. My Father suffered in the end and there was no help offered by him or the social worker
