Well, this has been quite a journey with this company. 1) The first red flag should be that they take your credit card information first and put it in their system before providing any services. 2) They quoted me $550 to do the leak detection and their tech wasn't able to find the leak even though there was one and I was subsequently charged for the $550. They proposed that they would need a "camera" to insert into the line to do a test for an additional charge of ~$1000, which was never explained on the front end. 3) After ... read more
Colin Irons both exceeded my expectations and provided an economical repair costs to my substantial leak problem.
I had the opportunity to speak with Laura regarding my pool today. She was amazing! She was able to ask the right questions to help me understand what my issue was, but was an absolute professional. I’m sure she helped me save some money but know I know who to call when I need service in the future. Thank you, Laura.
Overall, Colin Irons did a great job of being responsive, communicative, timely, and Travis did an expert job (on a very cold day) at diagnosing the problem.
