My son is 4 years old and has been seeing Dr. Fuller since he was about 1 1/2 - 2 years of age. Dr. Fuller has done various surgeries on my baby, including 2 different sets of ear tubes, a sistrunk procedure where he removed his thyroglossal duct cyst, adenoids removed, tonsils removed and a couple of more. They eventually reached out to me and scheduled his surgery. They were having trouble with their phones and receiving messages My son has been a patient of Doctor Fullers' practice for several years. However, their service quality has declined significantly. I attribute this to the staff he has hired. He recently ordered surgery to remove my son's tubes.
