It's not worth even one star. Companies like this must go out of business. In January 2022, I signed a contract for a total of $12,500, including windows and two sliding doors for the house. Among the windows in my house, there is a small arch window. Other companies that came to get quotes said it was impossible, but only this company (Colima Glass) said it could be done, so I signed a contract even though it was a more expensive price. I called on June 28th because two glass windows in my house were broken (33×56 inches, 27×56 inches). The next day (6/29), the man came to my house, measured the sizes, and I paid him $950 without receiving a receipt. He told me it would take about a week if he needed to order the glass.
