Got my windows replaced with them a few months ago and communication, install, and price were all fantastic. They broke a window in transporting it to my place for install and they were upfront and honest and said they could get it replaced same day and they did. Will definitely be using them in all future projects.
Window quality is good, just the attention to detail wasn’t as good. Window had a couple of small stains that I had to remove, seem to be some type of glue. Also window was order on a Wednesday and was told to pick up Monday morning, Monday morning I drove out to pick up window and it was not ready so I was asked to wait a bit longer, waited about 30 minutes then they brought window out but was done with wrong glass type as it was for a bathroom window and had to be glazed.
