The veterinary doctors at this animal hospital are excellent. They are compassionate, professional, and provide great care, which I truly appreciate. However, I am very unhappy with the behavior of the lady at the front desk with grey hair. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, and the way she spoke to me was unprofessional. I understand the clinic may be busy, but that does not excuse disrespectful customer service. I hope this issue will be addressed, as no client should leave feeling upset or disrespected.

Do not come here. This hospital killed our senior dog during a routine teeth cleaning. Because they were so busy and backed up all the time, our dog was left in the back for 7-8 hours before his procedure. After the cleaning, he was returned to us immediately without proper monitoring. (Completely out, even told us he's wouldn't wake up )As they were closing. The level of care is unacceptable, senior dogs should be closely monitored and stable before being released after anesthesia. This hospital is extremely busy, and your ... read more
