This Place Helps So Many People !!!
I recently rescues a stray cat and call this place asking about their low cost spayed program which they were listed on spaycalifornia.org. I ask if the program it's still on going the staff only says please hold and just let me wait there. I already know she will never pick up the phone call again. It was a yes or no question. Poor communication.
Everyone at colima is amazing and Dr. SAM is such a nice guy! We bring our 3 dogs here not only because of the staff but also because of the fair and low pricing!!
This hospital is shockingly poor—they have absolutely no sense of customer service and no sense of responsibility whatsoever. Everything they do is purely for profit. I once had a PCR test done here for my cat. Before the test, I specifically asked if I could get the results on Saturday. After receiving an affirmative reply and paying, I was told they couldn’t guarantee when the results would be ready, as they use a third-party laboratory.
