I got my hair done by Sherley in December. She was super nice and friendly, but when I asked if she could do a specific color, she said yes. After it didn’t turn out like the picture, she told me I’d have to pay an extra $100 to get the exact result. That didn’t make sense to me—if you agree to do the color, you should deliver it without charging more. I told her that, and she eventually agreed.
