Contacted the company needing a mini split service and cleaning. The company claimed they knew how to do that. The tech they sent was a nice enough guy, but had absolutely no idea what he was doing. He asked to borrow things from me to do the cleaning service, including a step ladder, a dish brush, and a shop vac. The only tool of his he used was a screw driver. Had Andrew come out and take our old big garage heater out and install a new one. They were great to work for and did a very good job. Highly recommend using them.
Andrew was very helpful! He came out the day after we called and had the correct part for our unit the following day. He troubleshooted and fixed our control panel as well as an unexpected wiring issue. Very punctual, great communication, and fair pricing! Highly recommend!
