Very slow processing. Management is clearly asleep at the wheel. There was a line of drivers 10 deep with a 15 min wait in between turns. The woman manning the desk when I got there at 630 am was at least 115 years old and probably overdue for retirement. A drop and hook took me almost two hours just for paperwork to get signed .
Shipping office working very slow and not professional! Shift changes at 5:00AM, but there's a gap. no one knows when the next shift starts
