I wouldn't have waited outside for a specific book had I known your staff was disrespectful of Author's wishes. I've been waiting for the book to come out when Neil Gaiman announced it would. Waiting early for a book you sold beforehand was a waste of my time.
I just loved the smell of the fresh beef when entering the bookstore.
The Colgate Bookstore has a great selection of gifts and Colgate apparel as well as a friendly, helpful staff that likes to give free hugs!
