AVOID THIS BUSINESS. I ordered a "Crab Master" crab cleaner from Colgard. The claim was that it would quickly and easily remove meat from Atlantic blue crabs. It was a lie. The Crab Master didn't work. I returned it to Colgard and asked for a refund. In short, they charged me a fee equal to one third the price of the miserable Crab Master. When I called them and complained, they refused to respond to my complaint about the charge but instead started quoting the Bible to me! I ordered 4 days ago and there website still says processing. cannot get any shipping info on the website. very disappointed as this is my first order with them. ray
Ordered a Daiwa conventional reel and did not ship for over 2 days. When I email to get an update I got he usual "we didnt actually have the reel in inventory" I hate dealing with business that pull this crap. Should have stuck to Amazon or TackleDirect 2 really reputable companies. Never again Colgard.
