BUYER BEWARE..There are people at this store who will pull you to the side and offer you "a better deal" if you give them cash..The owners and managers are aware of the problem but refuse to do anything about it. Very sketchy place..
We have bought from this store a few times, and were always pleased. In Feb. we bought a sectional and chair. We were told it would arrive in couple of weeks. Each time I call to check on it I am told it will be there in a few days. Now it is April and still hasn't arrived. Very upset, and doubt we will use them again.
I was sold a furniture set and was sold the warranty by the MANAGER and was told by the MANAGER that it woulde cover ANY puncture --even friom pets.. long story short i went to file a claim for a puncture and was told that it did not cover it... i went to the OWNER and while he apologized he said and i quote "i am the head of the game, and what i say goes and we NEVER refund money, we just offer an apology" and he proceded to tell me the manager was no longer there.... Stay away! Worst customer service EVER! I drove an hour to look at furniture, found the couch I liked, they had it in stock, went to the front to pay. Had my money out to pay cashier, asked where we should pull the truck up to in order to pick up couch. At this point was told no, would need to get tomorrow. WHAT??? I brought 2 men to load the couch and I have my own truck. Said no, would have to drive back tomorrow. I took my money back and walked out the door. Who does that???? I went into this store and walked most of it - even passed by a few salespeople and not 1 asked if I needed help or assistance. FINALLY, I stopped a loading guy who got a lady to assist me - but, she had this attitude that I didn't have money so why should she waste her time on me. Not very professional - if you ask me! I will not be shopping or even window shopping at this store, again!
