I went in today and saw a piece of furniture I liked. I wanted to look in other stores before making a decision. I asked a worker that if I wanted the furniture, could I pay for it online, and they hold it for me to come get it at a later time. She said that I could not pay for it online, but if I called back, they would tag it for me. This is the worst merchant I have every dealt with. I bought a relining sofa from them. As soon as it arrived the cushioning began to wad up. I called the service department, described the problem, and practically begged them to come look at the problem (I live in in the same town where I bought the sofa). They refused, saying they never went out to look at any of their furniture. I missed four days of work waiting for their repair man to show up. Great shopping options, I bought a sectional and a rocker... good pricing, was $50 less than few other furniture stores. I encourage everyone to go and see for yourself.

My husband and I were looking for a sectional at a good price. The staff was helpful and curtious! We had overlooked one of the sectionals and a sales rep immediately listened to our desires and took us right to the one that matched. It was perfect and we are very happy with our experience at Colfax! This is our 3rd purchase with them! They even let me borrow a tape measurer while I walked around. Sales people are not pushy and they let you look and check back on you when ready!

I went to Colfax Furniture to look for furniture for my daughters new apartment. The sales associate we dealt with was so helpful and professional. She was very patient with us and answered all our questions and was eager to help us find everything we needed. We had some interaction with the manager as well. The whole experience was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend Colfax Furniture to my family and friends. I give Colfax Furniture a rating of 5 out of 5.

my recent experience at this store started off badly when I needed assistance from Hispanic Salesrep, who treated me very rudely. However, before I could leave the store, the salesrep Tammy immediately came to attend to my inquiries and eventually got not one purchase but two and I have two other purchases that I will be working with her on.

They have a great selection of furniture and accessories. I was able to use the financing options too get the items I needed. I am very happy with the furniture I have from them. I suggest everyone come out and see all they have. They just got in the Duck Commandor living suit in. They have two different patterns.

This is the worst retailer I have ever done business with. I bought a sofa and the cushions began to immediately wad up. They refused to come to my house and see what the problem was. They refused to accept any responsibility to correct the problem, that it was the manufacturer's problem not their's, and they would not do a single thing to correct the problem other than what the manufacturer okayed.
