I have had a Colex machine at my company for 6 years and Andrei in service has been amazing to work with when I need consumables or replacement parts. I just emailed him a photo of an air solenoid that needs replaced, I had no clue what it was and within 20 minutes Andrei had the part on order for me. Regarding Colex machines, I purchased mine used from another print shop and a few minor parts here and there. It is over 10 years old and runs like a champ. These machines are workhorses. We have had our Colex for 4 years now. This company, their staff and their machines are outstanding! I met the owner when I went on the demonstration, very nice guy. Anytime we've had an issue the support was quick and outstanding. We have only needed one small repair after 4 years. This machine has greatly expanded our capabilities and range of options we can offer our customers.
