She absolutely an amazing endocrinologist.
Extremely difficult to get through to make a follow up appointment. My Pharmacy has called numerous times to refill my medications, yet they have never received a call back. What good is seeing a top notch Dr, if you can't get through to the office or calls aren't returned?
Dr. Knight is a great knowledgeable and caring doctor. She takes the time to explain things in a way that they can be understood and is on top of everything. Her staff is also wonderful. Just yesterday, I was requesting a prescription to be sent to the pharmacy and I left a message with the answering service, they called me back, and did it all in reasonable time. I was able to get my prescription with no issues.
She may be a top notch Dr, but if you can't call the office, if you can't leave a message, if nobody ever calls back, if you can't get your blood test results, if you can't get prescriptions renewed what good is it !!! Further, there is no parking what so ever at the office. The entire office staff acts as if they are doing you a favor. Are they there for my benefit, or am I there for their benefit?
